The Wednesday Word is not a publishing company with commercial aims. Rather it is a Catholic Charitable Trust on mission to share the good news of the Gospel through outreach leaflets for evangelisation.

After placing your order, you still have the option to exercise your right to cancel or suspend your subscription prior to the receipt of your first delivery and no charges will be incurred as a result of the cancellation or suspension. However, after the initiation and receipt of your first subsidised delivery, due to our contractual obligations with the printers, your subscription fee is non-refundable.

In the event that your circumstances change and you suspend your subscription during the print period, any remaining print on account may only be applied towards a new annual subscription. Print held on account validity is contingent upon an active subscription status, and can only be initiated for a period of 12 months after suspension of your subscription.

As per our agreement, if we do not receive notification to reinstate your deliveries within the subsequent 12 months or if we do not receive any communication from you regarding alternative arrangements in this contracted term, any print-credit will be forfeited and your subscription will be terminated with the printers. After this point, unless requested otherwise, you will automatically be enrolled in our weekly Wednesday Word digital email distribution program. This subscription will remain active and a digital version of The Wednesday Word will continue to be sent to you, free of charge, unless you choose to unsubscribe.

In addition to copyright permission to send The Wednesday Word electronically to your school's parents each week, we are pleased to also extend further permission for you to also print, in house, and distribute physical copies of The Wednesday Word to your school's children and their respective families should you prefer.

We are grateful for your school's continued participation in The Wednesday Word Mission, ensuring the continuation of this Catholic Mission to share the good news of the Gospel with parents and their families. 

*2023 Update: In light of the extraordinary circumstances brought about by the pandemic, we have further extended the period for reinstatement of any print held on account for subscription discount, from 12 months to 3 years, allowing for increased flexibility for our customers and accommodating the challenges faced by all during these times.
